Six townhome units in Alhambra, CA designed to accommodate a variety of growing needs in a recently up-zoned neighborhood. A biophilic and green design, utilizing Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) decking with wood framing, the goal is to create a nature driven design that meets our client’s goal of reducing the payback period of their investment, maximizing the rental value, providing a blissful living/ working experience of the tenants, and setting a bar of excellence for the neighborhood as it begins to densify.​​​
